Terms of service

The short version. Gorecce is a marketplace: hosts list creative spaces, guests book them by the hour. We collect payment upfront and hold it until the booking is confirmed, insure every booking up to RM1M, pay hosts the day after each booking, and issue a proper invoice for every transaction.

Bookings. A booking is confirmed once payment is received in full. Cancellation refunds follow the policy shown on the listing at the time of booking — that snapshot is what counts, not later changes.

Community-added profiles. Some profiles are created from public information and are clearly marked as unclaimed. They can't be booked. Owners can claim them or have them removed instantly using the links on the profile.

Conduct. Respect the space, the house rules and the neighbours. Damage beyond the deposit is the guest's responsibility.
